Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Products
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales of digital downloads are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the product description.
- You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
- You have not downloaded or accessed the file.
We are unable to issue refunds for digital products that have been downloaded and accessed, or for purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
2. Print-on-Demand Physical Products
Physical products (books, journals, coloring books, workbooks) are printed to order. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect orders placed by the customer. However, we will provide a free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The product received is materially different from what was ordered.
- The package was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier).
To initiate a claim, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Wellness Programs and Subscriptions
If you purchase a wellness program or subscription and are unsatisfied, you may request a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase for unused portions of the service. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for programs or subscriptions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email).
- The product(s) you are requesting a refund for.
- The reason for your refund request.
- For physical products: a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
